This bias tape is the third part this women's t-shirts. Cut these strips from knit fabric in any direction. Bias binding from jersey fabric is not necessarily cut 45 degrees.

Place both sides together and make sure the shoulder lines are equal. Pin the back and front parts of t-shirt and let's get sewing!

The neckline is ready!

Now you need divide the neckline into four equal segments. First make the mark on the front part.

Second make the mark on the back part.

Fold the neckline according to earlier made marks. Mark the center point on both sides.

Using the ribbing of the same fabric from the shirt is main feature.
Measure a length of neckline bias binding. Join both edges of bias tape using a serger only.

Now begin to create the neckline with bias tape. Before stitching you need fold in half wrong sides together and press it. Divide circle into four equal parts. Now attach this thin circle to the neckline with pins or clips.

During making jersey t-shirt you need use a serger only.

Place t-shirt on the table, as shown and pin the folded binding to the both armholes.

If you have a serger, use it to serge all the raw edges. If you not have a serger you can fake an overlock stitch by setting the sewing machine to the zigzag stitch.

Press well all binding strips with steam iron.

Turn shirt on the wrong side and sew up the side, matching the underarm seam and bottom line.

Use a serger to sew the edges.

The t-shirt is ready but need to do hem with elastic band. Wind it around your hip and select needed its tension.

Divide hemline and elastic into four segments. Pin it as shown.

This is the most difficult work. You need serge elastic together with fabric.

Fold the edge of t-shirt along elastic band, as shown. This is the only time when you need to use a straight stitch of sewing machine.

Sew the hem with straight stitches on wrong side of t-shirt.

This women's short sleeve t-shirt is a free fitting shirt. It is suitable for girls and women of any build.
If you not have the serger you can use zig-zag stitch on your sewing machine.
Do not sew with straight stitch the neckline; threads will be break as you dress it.
