The clutch motor drives the industrial sewing machine with a special belt. Tension of this belt is adjusted by loosening these adjustment nuts on both sides of motor.
Industrial clutch motors can operate on the network 400/690 or 220/110 volts.
This option allows you to use a sewing machine in the studio and small workshops with mains voltage 220/100 volts. In garment factories used three-phase mains voltage 400 /690 volts.

The drive belt has a special cross section and size.
With this spring is adjusted force of pressing on the pedal.
Clutch motor of industrial sewing machine has a friction device which regulates the speed of rotation of the sheave. Frictional device has and another meaning. It provides a hard braking operation of the sewing machine after removing the foot from the pedal.
This screw adjusts the brake of clutch motor.
To every clutch motor attached an additional sheave. The pulley of smaller diameter provides a higher speed operation of the sewing machine.
